Our ground-breaking PB Discovery Portal quickly and securely connects clients to our National Processing Center's (NPC) e-discovery services. Through PB Discovery, users can set up standardized e-discovery processing templates, quickly transfer project data and receive cost/estimates schedule.
The PB Discovery Portal is designed to transfer small data collections at speeds exceeding File Transfer Protocol standards to our NPC, for delivery to your clients in the formats they require. It captures project specs, provides quoting, and automated approvals / alerts and status updates. It reduces turnaround times, while increasing flexibility. It ensures security through an encrypted connection.

We perform e-discovery processing and other litigation support services at our NPC in Grand Rapids, Michigan and our Federal Litigation Support Center in Washington, D.C. From these locations we have the monthly capacity to process 20TB, image 6M pages, code 3M pages, and print 6M pages. These are supported by our national network of Document Solution Centers across the country where we can scan and OCR documents and perform litigation copying. We track documents from receipt to delivery offering a defensible chain of custody to ensure our client’s evidence is always accounted for.
