Deleting a User

Follow the steps below to delete a user.

NOTE: Supervisor access rights are required to delete a user.

  1. Select the Settings button on the Home screen.
  2. The Settings screen displays. Select System from the list on the left side of the screen.
  3. Select Users.
  4. Select the user you want to delete. If necessary, use the up and down arrow buttons to navigate through the list.

  5. Select Delete.

    NOTE: If you are deleting the only user on your system, a warning message will appear indicating that user logins will be turned off and all system security will be disabled. If account passwords are being used, they will be disabled as well.

  6. Select Yes, delete user.
  7. Select Done to return to the Home screen.
