The Manage List link appears when you view your graphic or text images within the Edit Envelope screen.
They are listed in the order in which they were downloaded and according to the color filter you select in the Graphic Ad or Text Message screen (color, black, postal red). You can hide an image/message so that it doesn’t appear as an option for the envelope or tape.
