Refill Receipt Report

The Refill receipt provides detailed information on the last postage refill performed on your system.

Refill date: date of the refill.
Refill performed by: the user or meter that performed the refill. The user name displays if users are enabled on your system. If a meter name displays, the refill was an automatic meter refill.

NOTE: The line will not appear is users are not enabled or if automatic meter refill is turned off.
Postage in meter before refill: postage funds available for processing before the refill was performed.
Refill amount: amount of the refill.
Postage in meter after refill: postage funds available for processing after the refill was performed.
Prepaid balance: money remaining in your Postage By Phone® postage account.
Purchase Power available: your credit line with Purchase Power.
PBP Account Number: your Postage By Phone® postage account number.
Meter number: the number assigned to the meter.
Meter name: the name assigned to the meter (optional).
Printed: date and time the refill receipt was printed.
