What Alumni Want

This national study asked alumni directly about their attitudes toward their school, including what types of information they most enjoyed receiving, how they preferred to receivng correspondence and, most importantly, how they preferred to be contacted about gifts and donations. The findings, presented here, can help institutions make more informed decisions and develop more cost-effective communication plans.
