The United Federation of Teachers, a union for teachers in New York, New Jersey and Connecticut, was sending out 780,000 pieces of mail a year -- everything from election ballots to benefits information.  Oscar Rivera, Production Manager, decided that there was room for vast improvements in their processes and plenty of money to be saved.
